Stephanie Hart, MAStephanie completed her undergraduate studies in Music Education from Samford University, and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is currently working towards her Professional Counseling licensure in Georgia under the supervision of Chris Beam, LPC and Rosemary Gamin, LCSW. Through her 20 years of experience as a music educator, vocal coach, and artistic director, Stephanie mentored adolescents, teaching skills about self-esteem and managing performance anxiety, equipping them to become better performers on stage and healthier people in life.
Stephanie completed her counseling educational training at The Vashti Center in Thomasville counseling teens in the residential program, as well as Samaritan Counseling, a faith-based counseling practice, working with individuals to address various mental health issues including anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and addictive behaviors, using a variety of evidence-based counseling modalities. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and completed the Spiritual School of Direction with Dr. Larry Crabb.
She has participated and facilitated in various ministries such as Wellspring Group, Open Hearts Ministry, and Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), which have provided training and opportunities to offer a safe place for people to engage their stories through a Biblical lens, offering hope and redemption. One of Stephanie’s greatest joys is her relationship with her husband, Dusty, and their two beautiful children.
