Child & Play Therapy ยท Ages 5โ12 Big feelings need a safe place to grow.Your child doesn't yet have the words for what they're carrying — but they can show you, through play. Our counselors meet children where they are, with age-appropriate care rooted in a Christian understanding of the whole person.

Children experience anxiety, grief, anger, and change just like adults do — but they process it differently. Sitting across from a stranger and talking about feelings isn't natural for a seven-year-old; building a block tower with one, or drawing a picture of what "worried" looks like, often is.
That's why our approach to children's counseling centers on art and play. It gives kids a language for what they can't yet say out loud, and it lets our counselors gently guide them toward emotional awareness, coping skills, and a steadier sense of who they are — as image bearers of God, known and loved. |
We use age-appropriate methods that let children express what they're feeling in ways that are healthy, honest, and constructive.
